As part of the Tele2 B2B Marketing Team, and as a sub-consultant with marketing and management consultancy Curamando, our founder Jenny worked as content manager between November 2019 and June 2021. Here, she managed the B2B website, including the relaunch of the new website when the Swedish cablenet Com Hem officially combined with that of Tele2, created content in Swedish for products, services, campaigns, case studies and new launches, and regularly wrote overall copy for external communications and customer communication.

Jenny also worked closely with the IT-team, SEO experts and UX designers to help the marketing team maintain Tele2 B2B’s brand identity, tonality, and relevance for new and existing customers by ensuring the website represented the business as well as addressed customer needs.
Keep the Tele2 B2B website updated with SEO-optimized content
In 2019, Tele2 B2B were updating their website to better represent different company size segments – small, medium and large. Since the need for more content became increasingly bigger, they asked marketing consultancy agency Curamando – with whom Tele2 has worked with for many years – for help, who in turn hired Jenny as a sub-consultant for this role. The challenge was to find a content manager who could quickly get familiarized with the ways of working at Tele2, their IT architecture and any programs and tools used to run the website.
With her many years of experience running the World Economic Forum’s public websites, managing stakeholders and telling engaging stories through articles and case studies, Jenny quickly onboarded and jumped on the first project which was to restructure all website content to match the new segmentation. Other tasks since then have included the ongoing support of Tele2 B2B’s Marketing Team who over the years have had an ever-changing and increasing need for both static and dynamic content mainly on the website, but also for other communications such as newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, ecommerce flows and customer communications.
Almost two years of ongoing content management consultancy, up to 40 hours per week, depending on the time frame. Very close collaboration with Tele2 B2B’s full-time content manager, the marketing team, marketing automation expert, campaign managers, UX designer, SEO-experts and IT-team.
Jenny researched and wrote several articles and case studies, including one with Swedish municipality Järfälla kommun, an article on IT security, and more. Jenny also worked closely with product managers ahead of new product and service launches, such as DDoS-defense, Firewall, messaging services and also the launches of new phones and tablets.
When in April 2021 Tele2 and Com Hem gathered under one brand – Tele2 – Jenny supported the relaunch of the website with relevant content and website editing. Since this was a line function, there was also the daily operational work to further advance the B2B organization’s core work.
