How do you make living with diabetes easier? Swedish pharmaceutical healthcare company Nordic Infucare offer a range of products and services to help chronically ill patients, for example to people living with diabetes. It requires great care and consideration when it comes to communicating via social media and digital ads what the company offers. People follow updates and information relating to their health and lives.
Online communication is done primarily via Nordic Infucare’s knowledge hub ‘Making Diabetes Easier’. Strong Contents started the collaboration with Nordic Infucare by delivering a 360 online strategy. The primary objective of the online strategy was to increase brand awareness of both NIC’s diabetes knowledge platform ‘Making Diabetes Easier’, and help people living with diabetes learn more about their Dexcom and Omnipod diabetes management products. We followed the delivery of the strategy by executing it via a monthly content and social media management retainer, which started in September 2021 and is still ongoing – a project that we are proud to be a part of!
Increase digital visibility and activity on social media
Nordic Infucare wanted to increase awareness around the continuous glucose management product ‘Dexcom G6’ in the Nordic markets by implementing an online strategy. A new Swedish Dexcom G6 website was being developed to avoid several different places with different information. These were the challenges:
1) The current social media presence on Facebook had reached a plateau of engagement
2) There was a need for an updated online strategy to help drive traffic to the new website
3) There was a need to increase and maintain a regular activity on digital media channels, possibly expanding to more channels

Following Discovery Workshops and a deep dive into the digital footprint of Nordic Infucare, Strong Contents delivered an easy-to-follow online strategy to generate overall increase in NIC’s brand awareness. Now, Strong Contents creates and manages social media content for both the organic feed and ads, in order to educate patients and relatives through increased and relevant visibility on both Facebook and the newly started Instagram channel. We also keep the company ‘Always-on’ by managing social media campaigns and paid search.
